AcordPay’s Clearpay service [Now Insure Pay Reconciliation] has saved us endless amounts of time and money! A regular part of my job used to be chasing payments. I would regularly have to call insurance carriers to determine if they received a cheque, where they are in the process of posting it, and what impact a delayed client’s payment may have on their coverage, etc. Now, they receive my payments electronically, so they are never late. Payments are never mis-posted due to the amount of information that my BMS sends with the payment, and I can easily prove that monies were sent when logging into the ClearPay website. This doesn’t even factor in the money we have saved on physical cheques, ink, and courier costs! Overall, we are extremely happy with this service and our customers are too!
