As we enter nomination season for the 5th annual Kealy Awards, it’s only appropriate to recognize last year’s amazing winners. The Kealy Awards are open to individual brokers or brokerage organizations using Vertafore’s Keal solutions and winners receive a $1,000 to the charity of their choice.

In 2019, we once again recognized winners in three categories:

  • Excellence in community involvement
  • Excellence in brokerage operations
  • Excellence in technology

And the Kealy goes to…

For Excellence in community involvement

Assurances Roy Yelle Inc. Charity beneficiary: Association Garagona

“What we value most at Assurances Roy Yelle Inc. is being able to participate in the well-being of the community. Both at the management level and at the employee level, everyone is involved in order to support various organizations that help people in need in our region. Whether by involvement in various committees including “la Fondation Butters”, “l’Association Garagona”, “la Maison Au Diapason”, and “la Fondation BMP”, to us participating in various annual events (golf tournaments, dinners, wine tastings) or even through employee denim days, as soon as we are able to give back a little, we do it! If we are able to bring a little sunshine into the life of an individual or family, our mission is accomplished!”

– Marie-Andrée Yelle, Manager, Assurance Roy Yelle, Inc.

For excellence in brokerage operations

Malouin Assurances Charity beneficiary: Centre d’action bénévole de Saint-Césaire

“With Keal Engage, we have insight into customer satisfaction and are able to take action to correct areas of improvement if need be. To better communicate with customers, we’ve added an SMS (Text) module that turns into PDF to attach to the insured’s file. CAP (Portal) helps our insureds have better access to certain documents and in turn, communicating with them is done in a more efficient manner.”

– Yvan Malouin, President Malouin Assurances

For excellence in technology

Invessa Assurances Services Financiers Charity Beneficiary: Association du Cinema Quebecois emergent

“Invessa stands for the quality of service that they extend to their customers. Invessa has been a recipient and received multiple nominations of the RCCAQ Distinction Award on several occasions since 2007. Technology is always at the heart of their discussions and the directors have excellent computer skills. Invessa follows consumer trends well and seeks to adapt to them using technology. They have a full-time IT team on site which allows them to react quickly to the needs of their customers.”

– Jean-Francois Poulin, Director of Technlogy, Invessa Assurances Services Financiers

We wish many congratulations to our winners – and their benefitting organizations! We look forward to presenting the 2020 Kealy Awards to other deserving companies.
