As our customer, you have the opportunity to join a community of product users. VCU is a volunteer-driven organization whose primary mission is to collaborate with Vertafore Canada to ensure members' interests are represented, and to promote innovative changes in software products as industry trends and issues unfold. 

More than just an ordinary user group, it offers both product-specific and industry-related education, support, as well as networking opportunities to connect and share with other Vertafore Canada product users.  

VCU’s four pillars are development, innovation, collaboration, and education, which they also call D.I.C.E.

Users Helping Users (UHU) tips & tricks sessions 

During these UHU express sessions, you get tips and tricks on items you may not be currently using or know about to get the most out of your Vertafore Canada products.

Broker Workshops focus on showcasing best-in-industry integrations and solutions to further optimize your brokerage operations and efficiency.   

R&D Meetings 

May your voice be heard! Vertafore Canada provides a list of R&D items, and as a member, you get to vote and decide which of these items are most important and should be prioritized. This includes enhancements and bugs. 

VCU Executive Board 

VCU's Executive Director and Board of Directors diligently and strategically guide the group in collaboration with Vertafore Canada's leadership to provide support and services to the members.
